About Gregg Martini

I come from the worlds of marketing and entertainment where I've worked primarily as a copywriter (also account exec., creative director, strategist, ideator, and "brand tender") for 25+ years, rising through the ranks of Cincinnati's top agencies and also co-helming my own boutique, minority-certified brandvertising & design firm. Clients include Procter and Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, Kroger, Cedar Fair Entertainment, Macy's, Lindt/Ghirardelli Chocolate, 3M, McCormick's, Ohio Tourism and the U.S. Open. I've also been a professional musician, working steadily since high school in the original and cover markets, co-founding The Rusty Griswolds, Gee Your Band Smells Terrific, Birdhouse and gravy8. (I'm on a King Records tribute album with Frampton. Weird.)

I'm bringing all my creative talents and experiences connecting global and national brands with audiences into connecting people to their next home as a licensed Ohio Realtor, whether selling or buying. And in an entertaining and informative way as only I can! Growing up on the west side through college, living on the east side until the mid-2010s, and now residing in Bellevue, KY, I know this area left to right and up and down. My work is informed by being on top of home and economic trends, an affinity for certain home styles and eras and my ever-growing knowledge of all the perks and peculiarities that make Greater Cincinnati a truly amazing and often unusual area in which to live.
