I have always had a love of design and architecture … and four years spent living & working in Paris served to enhance that.  Over the course of ten years, I have bought and sold a series of older homes, overseen their renovation with my partner and found each transformation to be invigorating, challenging and most certainly a labor of love.  Add to all that a real estate license in 2011 and, true to Twain's quote above, I have never "worked" a day since.

Eager to make my mark in the real estate industry, I joined the #1 team in the tri-state at the time where I underwent rigorous training and gained invaluable experience in the intricacies of the market.  During that time, I navigated the world of interior design with Neal's Design Remodel, Cincinnati's premier remodeling company, and an invitation to join Coldwell Banker's "$1B+ producing" office was presented to me in 2020, an incredible honor to be where my associates represent the very best in the city.

Drawing from these experiences, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a realtor:  to not only facilitate a purchase or sale for my client but also to offer ideas on what is possible if an area of the home needs renovation.

With over 25 years of experience in sales, management, and marketing, I found myself naturally drawn to the real estate industry. My passion for both real estate and Cincinnati led me to help buyers and sellers navigate the biggest purchase of their lives. Representing clients in the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Area, I am committed to providing superior service and unmatched local market knowledge.

As a Cincinnati native and graduate of Archbishop Moeller High School and the University of Cincinnati, my family and I still reside in the heart of the city. My deep roots in the area give me firsthand familiarity with neighborhoods, schools, and amenities, enabling me to find buyers their perfect home that aligns with their wants, needs, and budget. 

Before diving into real estate, I co-founded a successful online vehicle marketing business in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with my father. The company quickly rose to become the #1 company of its kind in the country, showcasing my exceptional business acumen and negotiation skills. I am proud to be Daley Design + Build's business development manager, focusing on partnering with other real estate agents to expand my reach for my clients, land development, and finding exceptional building lots for completely one-of-a-kind homes.

I come from the worlds of marketing and entertainment where I've worked primarily as a writer (as well as creative director, strategist, ideator and  "brandtender") for 25 years, having risen through the ranks of Cincinnati's top  agencies and also co-helming my own boutique, minority-certified  brandvertising & design firm. Clients included Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, Kroger, Cedar Fair Entertainment, Macy's, Lindt AND Ghirardelli Chocolate, 3M, McCormick's and the U.S. Open. I've also been a professional musician working steadily since my high school days in the original and cover markets. 

Now, I'm bringing my experiences connecting global and national brands with people into connecting people to their next home, whether they're selling or buying. And in an entertaining and informative way as only I can! Growing up on the west side through college, livin' on the east side until the mid 2010s and now residing in Bellevue, KY, I know this area left to right and up and down. My background in interior design and sales gives me a special way of looking at each home

journey. I go beyond transaction details, appreciating the unique qualities that make every

opportunity special. With this mix of skills, I bring a friendly and personalized touch to

every real estate experience, ensuring a service that feels right for you.

Family and friends mean the world to me, and I wear the titles of wife, mom, and Grammy

with a big smile! I'm all about finding happiness in the little things and appreciating each

moment.

During my free time, you'll probably find me in a heated backgammon match, watching one

of my favorite shows, chilling out with a relaxed happy hour, or just enjoying the beach

during summertime.

Being a Cincinnati native, my love of Real Estate began as a child spending time with my parents who had a love for moving all over the city and rehabbing houses. We moved about every two years throughout different parts of the Cincinnati area and would live in the 
properties that were being rehabbed. Through those experiences I developed a love for houses and the potential they provide.

After moving back to Cincinnati from California in 1996, I settled down, met my husband and started a family. In 2005, I was looking to get into a career that would allow me the opportunity to build a business and still have the flexibility I needed at home. I obtained my Real Estate 
license in 2005 and quickly began building a business. In 2007/2008 when the market crashed, I had to pivot my business and began focusing on being support for individual agents and teams which lead me to working for five years in the REO/foreclosure world and eventually landing at one of the top teams in Cincinnati in 2014. 

Through that experience I developed my skills as a strong negotiator and being able to manage all the many details that come along with each transaction. I've had the opportunity to manage more than 1700 transactions since 2014 and work with some of the top agents and teams in 
Cincinnati. 

In 2021 I joined CB Realty and haven't looked back! I LOVE Cincinnati and all that it has to offer. When I am not managing one of our team's many transactions, you can find me at The TQL Stadium supporting FC Cincinnati, enjoying a local brewery or rehabbing another 
awesome property! I currently reside in Evanston with my husband Brian and our two German Shorthair Pointers, Belle and Birdie. We have two grown children who also continue to make Cincinnati their home!
